First steering committee meeting

The first Steering Committee Meeting was held on 5 March 2024 in Békéscsaba, in a hybrid format.

During the meeting, the partners officially established the Steering Committee and defined its composition, tasks and decision-making competences.

Afterwards, the partners agreed in detail on the objectives and tasks to be implemented during the project, with a special focus on the initial period of data collection and stakeholder mapping.

An important part of the project will be the various best practice site visits and the production of a film presenting the technologies used in the participating countries.

The partners have set the date for the next SCOM in October 2024.
